About Us

The UHN Research and Career Advancement Collaborative Hub (REACH) is a collaborative centre for world-class educational experiences to enable every UHN research scientist, staff, and trainee to excel in research and advance their careers. The hub’s mission is to create best-in-class research development and career advancement opportunities customized to meet the specific learning needs of the research community. This will invest in the research workforce of the future by contributing to attracting, developing, and retaining the brightest minds in research.

REACH will achieve its mission using a three-pronged approach:

Dr. Nikki Woods is the Research Institute Director and Senior Scientist at The Institute for Education Research (TIER).

Linda Penn
Linda Penn

Dr. Linda Penn is a Senior Scientist at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre. She is also the Director of the Office of Research Trainees.

Anna Gordon
Anna Gordon

Anna Gordon is the Director of People Consultants for Research, Education and Michener Institute.

Heidy Morales is the Manager for the Research & Career Advancement Collaborative Hub.
