My research focuses on service improvement using technology, and professional education. Recent projects include the following:

• Artificial intelligence-based system to enhance facilitator-led online supportive care service for cancer patients
• Using a chatbot to deliver tailored education materials to individuals affected by HR+/HER2- metastatic breast cancer in collaboration with the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre
• Evaluation of an educational intervention to address compassion fatigue among health care providers
