Research Interests
Dr. Jones received her Ph.D. from the Institute of Medical Sciences in 2000 and completed 2 post-doctoral fellowships at Princess Margaret Hospital. Since that time, her research has primarily focused on psychosocial factors among the medically ill, including:
The assessment of symptoms and quality of life at the end of life in both the patient and their family caregiver; and
The development and evaluation of interventions for women with breast cancer and their spouses.
She has also developed expertise in the area of continuing health professional education, and patient and family education and works closely with the Oncology Education and Survivorship programs at Princess Margaret Hospital.
