Dr. Nalder's research examines: assessment approaches that capture how cognition influences participation in daily life; the effectiveness of rehabilitation interventions designed to facilitate involvement in meaningful activities for individuals with cognitive difficulties, and how these services can be delivered using technology. She is also examining the role cognitive abilities in resiliency, and how individuals utilize personal strengths and supports in their environment to adapt during life transitions.
