Update on UHN Research Strategic Planning

Phase II Launched, Platform Executives Announced

In our strategic plan The Future Project, UHN Research identified four cornerstones, or Priority Platforms, that will drive the future of our research. Each of these platforms—Genes, Proteins & People, Health Informatics, Medical Technology Innovation and Regenerative Medicine—will act as expert panels to assess new research opportunities and lead the development of innovative research programs and centres of excellence at UHN.

Twelve of our researchers have now stepped forward and accepted leadership positions in the Platforms. In this issue of Net Results express, we take the opportunity to briefly introduce you to our new Platform Executives.
