ProDesign uses different parameters to obtain optimal micorarray probes. The program also needs one or two input files:
- a sequence file
- a cluster file (optional)
Common usage
Select your sequence and optional cluster file using the browse buttons and select the cluster file type in the listbox. Click upload to send your files to the server. A message of confirmation is displayed.
Change the parameters and click on Start to run the analysis.
