ProDesign was developed by Shengzhong Feng and Elisabeth Tillier, and it is based on the paper:

Feng S. and ERM Tillier 2007. A fast and flexible applorach to oligonucleotide probe design for genomes and gene families. Submitted.

The interface for Mac, Windows, Linux, webserver were programmed by Paulo Nuin, who also designed the logo for the program.
