In general, our work involves nonlinear
dynamics, differential equations, bifurcation analyses, and UNIX/Linux
workstations (Windows when required) and programming. Experimental work occurs with
collaborators. Depending on the specific problem, we use NEURON, XPPAUT, NNET (C/C++ code developed in-house), Maple, CVODE,
MATLAB, Data Analyses (in-house MATLAB programs) and other numerical recipes. We welcome inquiries from individuals who are interested in both
neurophysiological and mathematical works, i.e., delving into the
physiological details and deriving insights from mathematical modelling. |
