wet lab is located in the Max Bell Research Centre (MBRC 5R407) 200
Elizabeth
Street, Toronto, Ontario, Canada M5G 2C4. Dr. Nickolay Chirgadze's
office is located at the west end of the lab (MBRC 5R406) and
additional personnel are located in MBRC 5R414. When you enter the MaRS
complex, take the elevators to the fifth floor of TMDT, follow the
signs to MBRC, go up a half flight of stairs and go straight ahead
through 5R414. Lab Equipment X-ray diffractometer A Bruker Proteum R x-ray diffractometer equipped with Osmic Confocal lenses and a SMART 6000 CCD will be set up soon. FPLC Purification System Our AKTA protein purification system from GE efficiently employs affinity columns, ion-exchange columns as well as size exclusion columns to purify protein with minimal operator involvement.
