History:	2005/04/22: First version 2005/04/29: Costes randomisation uses pixel intensities from ch2 only once per randomisation when randomising in X and Y only. Mean intensity of random image equals mean intensity of Ch2. van Steensel's randomisation returns CCF plot. Fixed some bugs in van Steensel code.

Description:	This plugin tests for colocalisation between two 8- or 16-bit images or stacks using van Steensels (J.Cell Sci. 109:787) or Costes Colocalisation test (Costes et al. 2004. Biophys.
