Costes randomisation uses pixel intensities from ch2 only once per randomisation when randomising in X and Y only. Mean intensity of random image equals mean intensity of Ch2.
van Steensel's randomisation returns CCF plot.
Fixed some bugs in van Steensel code.

Installation: Download Colocalisation_Test.class to the plugins folder and restart ImageJ.
Limitations: Beta version.
Description: This plugin tests for colocalisation between two 8- or 16-bit images or stacks using van Steensels (J.Cell Sci. 109:787) or Costes Colocalisation test (Costes et al. 2004. Biophys. J 86:3993) or Fay's test for colocalisation (Fay et al. 1997 Exp. Cell Res. 231: 27) .
