NOTE: This manual describes the WCIF ImageJ collection of plugins available from the Software section of WCIF website.
ImageJ is a public domain Java image processing program inspired by NIH Image for the Macintosh. The author, Wayne Rasband (wayne@codon.nih.gov), is at the Research Services Branch, National Institute of Mental Health, Bethesda, Maryland, USA.

The WCIF ImageJ collection of plugins has merely been collated and organised by WCIF; they have all have been obtained free from the ImageJ website or elsewhere on the Internet. The credit for this work should go to the authors of the plugins (See Appendix 1). Please ensure that they are properly acknowledged in any publication that their work facilitates. I have attempted to include appropriate citations or contact details for each author.
