The Applied Molecular Profiling Laboratory (AMPL) consolidates expertise from scientists and clinicians at the Princess Margaret Hospital (PMH) / Ontario Cancer Institute (OCI) for the molecular profiling of tumour samples and tumour response in clinical and pre-clinical studies using cutting-edge technologies.

AMPL offers one-stop shopping for tailored services in Cytomics, Genomics and Pharmacokinetics, providing standard operating procedures from start (specimen collection) to finish (generating results). AMPL has provided services to researchers, clinical trial investigators, PMH Drug Development Program (DDP), the National Cancer Institute of Canada Clinical Trials Group (NCIC-CTG), and industry sponsored projects.
